Join us on Saturday at 1pm for a 1.5 h Stretching for Well-Being Workshop
We have seen a demand in our classes for stretching, slowing our bodies down and relaxation, so this 1.5-hour workshop may just be what you need if you have a busy lifestyle, and want to stretch every part of your body to gentle music and relax. After stretching we will have 10 min relaxation, so you will leave this workshop stretched and relaxed.
You will need a mat and some things like blanket for the relaxation, warm sock and cushion.
