What is Zumba Sentao?
The Zumba Sentao Program is that rarest of all things! The Zumba Sentao program can change the way participants feel about exercise. It combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance-fitness moves, all centred around a chair. Infused with the famous Zumba party atmosphere and energizing world rhythms, this never-before-seen workout! A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process.
Who is Zumba Sentao participant?
Zumba Sentao Program is designed for everyone- all ages, sizes and fitness levels. The choreography can be modified and adapted for the individual. The class provides a total body workout while being challenging and fun!
