We believe that looking after our mind is as important as looking after our body.
This Workshop is open to all Dance4Ever students, with a focus of slowing down, reconnecting with and coming back to ourselves with some simple mindfulness practices to restore & refocus our energy and revitalize the mind and the body.
Feeling more deeply connected can have a big impact on how happy our lives are.
All to recharge you, relax, and for you to learn how you canĀ better connect to yourself, and to have a happier and less stressful life with more energy.

You will all feel calm and focused with a wonderful feeling of renewal & well-being, as well as empowered and positive with a wonderful tool box of techniques that can be applied whenever you need them, morning or night.
